• Work with companies across a variety of industries to supply technical talent in the areas of development, infrastructure, engineering, PM, BA, QA, etc.
• Manage assigned accounts with frequent contact and follow up • Execute sales strategy by initiating contact with existing and prospective clients, identifying hiring needs, closing business and accurately communicating requirements to recruiting team for fulfillment
• Implement sales plan to achieve revenue growth from new and existing accounts
• Network and cold call prospects to set up meetings and create new sales leads
• Coordinate and navigate complex decision making processes, often involving multiple buyers within one organization
• Investigate and resolve client concerns to achieve superior customer satisfaction
• Partner with recruiters to fill open positions with our clients
• Embody the values of the organization and promote TIG culture
• Maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers; work with hiring managers to complete detailed job order requirements, ensuring an understanding of job duties, responsibilities, desired skills and business requirements.
• Leverage resources and in-house tools such as internal database, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, etc. to identify and obtain new clients
• Manage and coordinate all communication and interviews with clients
• Organize and document post-interview notes and feedback with account teams, clients and recruiters
• Attend and participate in networking opportunities and industry events to promote The Intersect Group brand and developed client leads
• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with all internal TIG teams
• Produced 750K in GM$ and 2.8M in revenue YTD October 2017; on track for President’s Club
• Hit a high of 15K/week in GM$
