- Cross-functional projects with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance
- Culture of Experimentation: - Growth Meetings: recurring meetings open to the entire company, to identify growth levers, democratize information and share lessons learned. Ultimately breaking down silos. - Cross-functional Workgroups:
a. Retention (BI, Client Support, Product, Marketing, Finance) b. Activation (Marketing, Logistics, BI, Finance, Pricing, Operations, Product)
c. Data (Data Engineering + Architecture, BI, Finance, Pricing, Operations, Marketing, Product) - Product-Led Growth Foundations - Product Analytics Strategy: coordination of data analysts and alignment with IT and BI - Creation of a User Research process in compliance with LGPD - Approach and collaboration between the Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, Finance and Product teams
- People management: building, training and managing a high-performance Product Growth team (1 back-end, 1 front-end, 1 QA, 3 data analysts, and 1 UX)
