Feb. 2011 - Apr. 2016Chattanooga, Tennessee Area• Assures daily billing with expectation that billing is accomplished each and everyday, that billing is consistent • Works closely with central billing in resolving questions in a timely and accurate manner. • Assures accurate completion of the month-end Unbilled Revenue spreadsheet.
• Monitors worksheets for completion according to guidelines. • Assures that scanning of worksheets and documents are done daily and in a timely fashion. • Works with MIS in resolving system and hardware issues.
• Works closely with Order Management in cutting quality sales orders. • Resolves and assures payment of collection issues. Responds to collectors requests for information, updates BEACON, involved in weekly collections calls. • Assures any and all short pay and credit/rebills are issued in a timely manner. • Manages payroll reconciliation. • Maintains petty cash fund-processes paperwork and documentation including signatures, receipts, etc. Assures that proper procedures are followed. Minimizes usage unless absolutely necessary.
• Assures expenses are included on job worksheet.
• Assures that purchase orders are cut and in place. • Reviews job folders for accuracy and proper month end accruals.
• Vouchers PO related vendor invoices.
• Assures proper set-up and usage of both primary and secondary vendors. • Resolves vendors issues including but not limited to copies of vendor invoice, customer service, vendor payment, etc.
• Works with facility management to account for proper inventory monthly • Works with facility manager to create outboung shipping documents for thrid party disposal facilities
• Works with lab manager to mail disposal related documents to generators for tracking purposes.
• Creating hazardous and non-hazardous waste profiles specific to generator waste, based on knowledge and/or MSDS.
• Working with sales and specialist to create quotes for customer transportation, disposal and labor related jobs.
