Among the main duties of the position are: leading and developing the marketing team, defining and monitoring performance indicators, managing the budget and suppliers in the area, designing and implementing campaigns and promotional actions, conducting market and customer satisfaction research, monitoring competition and industry trends, and establishing strategic partnerships with other market agents. It is important to have advanced knowledge in digital marketing tools, analytical and strategic skills, negotiation and communication skills, systemic vision and results orientation. In the incorporation part, ensure the hiring of agencies, product briefing, pre-launch, masterclass, meeting, launch and actions to support and activate the product post-launch, in addition to ensuring the activation and maintenance of the sales stands.
