8.5.1 releases in July 2014, 8.5.2 releases in November 2014, and 8.5.3 release in July 2015. All releases involved indirect management of the development team using Agile development methodologies. The backlog was tracked and coordinated using Atlassian JIRA. The releases were included in the Experience Suite, an integrated suite of products that provides end-to-end management of content and information through critical processes to enable superior digital experiences. In collaboration with the Technical Project Manager, User Experience Lead, and Product Information (PI) specialist created the features backlog, user stories, mock-ups, interaction specifications, and commitment document for OpenText Portal 8.5. This release introduced the Portal In-Context Management (ICM) Environment and support for responsive design via Bootstrap. ICM allows business users with limited knowledge of the Portal platform to manage site, page, and design elements in the site and page context. Portal 8.5 also includes support for responsive design via Bootstrap. The Portal 8.5 project was coordinated with the Web Experience Management 8.5 release to ensure the integrations and interoperability between the products provides a unified and modern interface that supports the creation of compelling digital experiences. Managed the OpenText Social Communities mobile application project. Working with the User Experience Lead, created the features backlog, user stories, mock-ups, interaction specifications, and commitment document for the application. Working with the Cloud Services team, designed the architecture and coordinated creation of Class I, II, and III hosted offerings for OpenText Social Communities. Designed and managed the OpenText Social Communities 8.1 beta program. Feedback from beta customers was incorporated into the release. The program directly increased the product's revenue pipeline.
