Identify vendors and service providers. Guide my team members to continuously improve to meet and exceed the expectations for their roles. Review of individual performance metrics and client pipeline, and performance coaching. Take responsibility for the training and ramp up of new hires in an efficient manner, and evaluating their readiness for graduation to Flyhomes Agent. Help retain high-performing Flyhomes Agents through mentorship, career development and advocacy. Support recruiting efforts by interviewing candidates. Manage team efficiency by providing feedback, coaching and mentorship to those who do not meet performance standards. Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with internal team members in Sales Ops, Activations, Scheduling, Tours, Marketing and Pricing to ensure exceptional client experience, Proactively address and resolve issues escalated by Flyhomes Agents throughout the transaction and post-close process, Stay current with real estate market trends, industry and compliance requirements; attend trainings and maintain professional networks.
