Oct. 2021 - Dec. 2022Charlotte, North Carolina, United StatesSupport program governance, reporting & cadence within current Ally structures. Manage the program integrated plan, roadmap, issues / risk logs, decisions needed, dependencies, and requirements.
Responsible for resolving issues and mitigating risks, escalating issues/risks when appropriate.
Consolidate status reports to create a workstream and executive-level program governance report and timeline for the program including risk and migration / employee readiness plans.
Assist with business / technical / data stakeholder buy-in including facilitation of standing and ad hoc meetings critical to development of key deliverables, issues/risks management and stakeholder management.
Maintain communication plan with key members of the technology, data, and business leadership team pursuant to work activity, prioritization, issues and risks.
Oversee change control processes for workstreams and at program level.
Support Ally required Deposits, IT/Data, and Digital governance processes.
Coordinate the work efforts of program/workstream IT, Data, and business resources (within a workstream / program execution context), as necessary.
Support executive communications (executive updates and other governance routines)
Provide weekly updates (to key Ally sponsor & point of contact) on program progress
Support creation, review, and refinement of materials for various governance routine.
