Built and served as primary leadership force for global training center serving healthcare professionals in 53 countries throughout Europe, Middle East, and Africa; boosting participation 100%. Led development of $35 million innovation center with new robotic surgical capabilities, digital high-tech equipment and Virtual Reality, augmented reality, and mixed reality technologies that boosted retention 76%. Spearheaded development of MIC Calendar 2.0 Booking and Reporting initiative throughout EMEA region and globally, expediting bookings and online reporting by 90%. Drove innovation through MIC Istanbul digitalization project, fostering collaboration between global IT, XR, VES, marketing, commercial and T&E teams.
