Established workflows, policies and procedures, financials, processes for state and governmental reporting, all aspects of human capital relations, and business processes. • Established and secured 501C3 non-profit status.
• Awarded 21st Century Grant, providing funding for 3 – 5 years for operations and administration as well as tutoring, afterschool programs, and meals.
• Directly oversaw a team of 10+ administrators, as well as, managing all human resource aspects for a staff of 75+ including health benefits, payroll processing, daily employee schedules, and PA’s retirement system.
• Directed and managed CEO’s daily schedule, meeting management, travel arrangements (domestic and international), event planning, speaking engagement prep, managed various Board responsibilities (3-5 at a time), community involvement-specifically for underserved urban children, and several Educational and Ministerial assignments.
• Managed the CEO’s Cabinet and its officers.
• Designed, developed, and implemented office procedures and workflows.
• Worked with one of my peers to research, design, and launch a comprehensive course and career catalog in alignment with Pennsylvania education standards.
• Transformed the student enrollment, admission, and onboarding process to create a new and efficient process which increased efficacy of processing by 98% as well as retention rates of said students to 83% within two (2) years after implementation.
