Dec. 2020As a Product Manager for one of Insight's premier partners I am responsible for a number of different facets of the IBM software and hardware business. In this role I have also assumed the duties of nationwide business development manager for IBM hardware, responsible for revenue and profitability goals. I work closely with IBM daily to ensure that Insight, as a Premier Partner, is leveraging all available programs, maximizing the IBM partnership and performing against provided goals. During my time Insight has overachieved against the sales goal given to us by IBM consecutive quarters, as well as balanced our supplier reimbursement and co-marketing funds. * Management of weekly forecast to IBM for hardware and software (two unique teams) * Management of all marketing programs for storage and Power servers * Development of GTM programs with our distribution partners * EDMs, call campaigns, Intranet and Extranet updates, Collateral for product expos, etc. * Contest development, management and reporting for all secondary vendors and IBM * Event management nationwide * Client briefings, sales rewards events, training for sales and SE, IBM/Insight planning sessions * Oversight of certification and authorizations * Managing HQF letters and other available IBM programs for maximum profitability
