Responsibilities include: •Coordinate with the different operations their marketing plan in order to ensure consistency with the overall marketing strategy of the group and sharing of best practices
•Consolidate the global Marketing budget, control it in order to optimize Marketing global cost and to ensure if budget elements are conformed to regulations
•Study with the operations Marketing Directors external environment in order to identify and take advantage of marketing opportunities to enable the company preparing its marketing strategy •Support the Executive Director to define and develop appropriate marketing strategy for the group
•Study with the operations new products and services and propose ideas to operations
•Coordinate, with the procurement manager at the Head Office, specific Marketing projects between operations and external suppliers (advertising agencies for example) and ensure they are delivered on time, to budget and to required quality standard
•Monitor Marketing Key performance Indicators in every operation and ensure they respect overall objectives
•Ensure that all operations are applying the branding guidelines on all marketing items
•Coordinate with the HR in the Head Office in recruitment, employee reshuffling, training, performance evaluation, career path etc…
•Develop the market entry strategy for new operations - target offers to dedicated segments on the consumer and the business market covering products & services, price, promotions, terms & conditions, point of sales activities and market communication
•Develop the communication strategy and prepare market communication activities. This cover corporate identity, pre-launch and launch campaigns and corporate PR activities covering media relations and sponsorships
•Coordinate with Business development for bid tendering and launching
