During this time I was responsible for both Mens and Womens CSU Chico club soccer, Mens CSU Chico club Volleyball, CSU Chico Men’s club Lacrosse, also during this time i aided and gained knowledge of rugby which i assisted in pre game routines and post game treatment. I observed while on the sidelines, was never called on to the field as I was only the assistant. During This time all the men sports qualified to regional, Csu chico mens soccer club hosted Sonoma State university where I facilitated tapping techniques and provided hydration. While working CSU Chico Lacrosse i was fortunate to travel to Regional as the teams First Responder. Rugby made nationals but i was unfortunate and did not participate in any endeavors they were in. Aug. 2010 - Aug. 2012Chico, California AreaMy responsibilities as an Athletic Training Student were to be in charge of facilitating and aiding athletes in the rehabilitation, walk them through exercises,properly hydrating athletes, apply modalities such as electrical muscle stimulation and ultrasound. Other responsibilities were hosting opposing teams and aiding with tapping, hydration and any other needs the visiting team required. I also facilitated Pre- Participation exams which included orthopedic, Blood Pressure,height, weight, and vision examination. During these years I was under the Supervision of Mario Vela, ATC and Irene Contreras, ATC. While interning at Butte I also aided with several sports which included, baseball, softball, Women's soccer, track, and American football. While working American football our team reached the finals of district and won the Graffiti bowl in 2012.
