- Responsible for sourcing external candidates from the main construction segments, Real Estate, Natural Resources and Infrastructure, as well as all administrative roles (Finance, HR, Marketing, Business Generation, Office) through the use of many platforms, but mostly SmartRecruiters and LinkedIn Recruiter for 6 countries - BR, ARG, CH, CO, PE and MEX;
- Conducting interviews mostly in English, Portuguese and, when necessary, Spanish;
- Define hiring needs with Hiring Managers, define Boolean terms, - source, select, interview, recruit, research, schedule meetings with Hiring Managers and forward candidates for internal vacancies;
- Identify the needs of each division and update job descriptions: job specifications, duties, qualifications and skills;
- Manage respective internal and external candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities;
- Act as a Human Resources Business Partner to generate offer letters and employment contracts through SmartRecruiters API with DocuSign;
- Monitor the New Joiner until onboarding;
- Oversee the Employee Referral Program - contacting nominees and interviewing to determine allocation or return with feedback;
- Suggest new ideas to improve talent acquisition activities;
- Research and present new talent acquisition trends in the recruitment industry. Achievements:
- Restructuring of the end-to-end recruitment process;
- Project Manager for the Implementation of Offer letters inside SmartRecruiters over API with Docusign
- Development of recruitment tools training for Stakeholders - making the process standard for LATAM;
- App Creation using Power Apps - Hiring Hub - Tool that connects recruitment needs with Fee-Tracker and Utilization Forecast;
- Development of talent pipeline for our most strategic vacancies and all management gaps;
- Improvement of all processes so that recruitment is now, strategic.
