• Liaison between the Portfolio and Delivery Management Leads to ensure accurate project setup in project accounting system per the statement of work
• Assist in creation of initial project budget • Assist resourcing group to ensure assigned consultants have proper access to projects.
• Partner with other divisions including Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing
• Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actuals versus business objectives
• Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities • Provides management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals
• Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor processes and approvals for full compliance • Drive implementation of new processes and procedures
• Assist customers with invoice issues as well as assist in communication with other departments as needed
