CONTAINERS Plugin enabling the sales team to select inventory and send quotes to customers. Installed and maintained an internal intranet server (Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS, WordPress with Elementor), improving company communication and workflow efficiency. Developed a custom PHP/MySQL sales quote management application for internal and external sales teams. Created a Google Maps API-integrated sales route manager to provide efficient routes for external sales teams using current and prospective customer data. Built a mailing list manager for county commissioners and highway department contacts across a multi-state sales territory. Developed a PHP/MySQL inventory and workflow approval system for the Truck & Heavy Equipment Shop. Created a Python script to extract and manage data from scanned Farm Tax Certificates, alerting staff of expired certificates. Produced marketing materials, including weekly newspaper ads, flyers, brochures, banners, booklets, and videos for trade shows and conferences. Conducted email campaigns via BREVO and direct mail campaigns through USPS® Business Customer Gateway. Administered Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite, offering company-wide IT HelpDesk support and training. Oversaw social media (Facebook), enhancing brand awareness. Designed and managed direct mail postcard campaigns. Managed company computers and peripherals inventory.
