Introduced the Five Pillars of Inclusive Excellence framework via multiple modalities, promoting a new language of equity within the Carlson School and Twin Cities region.
Drafted Strategic Plan for Inclusive Excellence at the Carlson School.
Partnered with Marketing and Communications to develop 2022 / 2023 annual reports on DEI at Carlson.
Planned and facilitated inaugural Carlson School of Management conference on diversity, equity, and inclusion, naming it “Live Into It” and engaging with 300+ corporate, community partners, faculty, staff and students (2022 - 2023).
Guest lecturer (Race, Power & Justice in Business), keynote (Women’s Leadership Conference 2023), panelist (Achieving the Dream Conference January 2024). Planned & facilitated inaugural DEI Summer Retreat (2022, 2023), Winter Retreat January 2024. Repeated for 100+ member DEI CoP.
