• Act as a change agent and employee champion, continually assessing and anticipating P&O -related needs. • Formulate partnerships across the P&O function to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. • Take an active role in developing new concepts, according Eppendorf’s and employee’s needs, promoting high customer satisfaction in accordance with US and Global standards.
• Strategic consulting of all management levels in HR topics to achieve the company's goals within the defined areas of responsibility.
• Proactive advice on P&O -related decisions as well as on the implementation of P&O measures in accordance with appropraiate labor law • Implementation of global P&O concepts, processes and guidelines (performance management, retention, succession planning, etc.)
• Accompaniment and independent implementation of change and organizational development processes in cooperation with the business departments and internal P&O experts
• Advise all management levels and employees on all P&O issues and processes along the employee life cycle. • Partner on development of business strategies with business leaders to ensure the focus of business and people are well aligned.
• Implementation of all P&O -related topics including recruitment, personnel development, planning and implementation of individual personnel measures, labor law issues
• Contributing to the further development and optimization of P&O processes and tools by identifying business needs and exchanging ideas with the relevant HR interfaces (CoEs)
• Support of P&O projects
