Technologies: FIGMA, GitHub, .NET, Java, Okta, Salesforce, MongoDB, JavaScript, React. • Responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies between teams (Global teams). • Responsible of maintaining the dashboards and artifacts for the project. • Responsible of presenting executive reports as well as maintaining documentation to comply with the different standards and auditing processes of the companies. • Responsible of gathering meaningful and value-driven requirements.
• Facilitate the teams with anything needed to deliver the functionality that is required sprint by sprint.
• Responsible to remove/point out blockers or impediments that could impact the deliverables of the team.
• Arrange daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings and decision-making processes to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.
• Organize and facilitate the PI Planning Meetings (team’s breakout meetings), Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement and Retrospective Meetings.
• Participate in PI Planning Meetings with the RTE to discuss next steps and work.
• Follow up of issues, impediments and risks until solved.
• Follow up with Product Owners for User Stories for the backlog.
• Coordinate meetings with Product Manager, Product Owner and stakeholders in order to get requirements and objectives for the PI.
• Accountable for coaching the different teams in good Scrum and SAFe© practices.
• Review metrics such as capacity, velocity and bug injection per sprint.
• Increase visibility of teams’ work by reaching goals.
• Increase teams’ performance by innovating, improving and transforming processes.
• Provide insights on capacity vs the work that is required.
