-Maintains consistent delivery of HR systems-related processes via the HR Solutions team
-Manages the day-to-day activity of the HR Solutions team and provides guidance in regard to HR systems and data related processes to the HR team and the business
-Ensures HR methodology and governance frameworks are consistently applied with a focus on continuous improvement
-Works to understand perceived & unperceived needs and identify improvement opportunities in the areas of process, reporting & analytics, and technology
-Ensures accurate, effective, and timely human capital analytics are provided to HR team members and the business to drive business decisions and outcomes
-Manages vendor relationships for HR systems
-Builds strong relationships with intra and inter functional team members
