-Supervised and contributed to all writing materials of Mount Sinai Medical Center including annual reports, fundraising presentations, CEO remarks and speeches as well as marketing campaigns, etc.
-Developed strategic direction and executed all donor related communications and fundraising communications -Planned and executed marketing and community outreach strategies to extend Mount Sinai’s local presence –from media planning to creative strategy
-Developed creative strategy and executed a full marketing mix for external communications; from television, radio and collateral to promotional materials including banners, window wraps, billboards, etc. and also all internal marketing materials including campaigns for employees/physicians and employee events, -Developed, design and launched 5 new website in 1.5 years- msmc.com, cardiology, urology, cancer and clinically integrated network websites
-Developed a new method for the quantifying of marketing data– including the tracking of leads generated through phone campaigns, PPC campaigns and website interaction
-Contributed to and executed new branding standards for the medical center, including new logo design. etc. -Supervised and generated overall strategy for all digital initiatives—google pages, PPC, SEO, display ads, email blasts, re-targeting, social media (YouTube, Facebook) and counter advertising initiatives
-Supervised and developed strategic direction for public relations initiatives; including proactive PR pitches, news crises at the medical center—generated PR statements, fielded PR inquiries and provided counsel to Sr. Leadership relating to these breaking events
