Furthermore, I established and led the company’s first-ever Master Data Governance Council for the enterprise, enabling standardized data capture and maintenance methodologies across multiple M&A companies. Through this initiative, I led the team through an exercise that reduced account listings from 11,000 to 3,500 by removing duplicates and non-hygiene compliant entries.
