A key aspect of my role is maintaining the enterprise-wide sales enablement platform, Highspot, which houses all sales content for sellers to engage with prospective and existing clients. Additionally, I lead CRM projects by effectively bridging the gap between the business and IT, ensuring compliance, utilization, and accuracy of data within the Salesforce environment, while overseeing the Senior Manager of Salesforce operations. One of my notable achievements was launching an enterprise-wide sales enablement platform that garnered 21,000+ impressions and 63 days of view time across a user base of approximately 250 business development and client development personnel. I also served as the business lead throughout the strategic project to redesign and restructure the lead-to-contract process, ensuring alignment with sales methods, contract language, and other key aspects. Furthermore, I established and led the company’s first-ever Master Data Governance Council for the enterprise, enabling standardized data capture and maintenance methodologies across multiple M&A companies. Through this initiative, I led the team through an exercise that reduced account listings from 11,000 to 3,500 by removing duplicates and non-hygiene compliant entries.
