•Supported consultants through monthly touch bases, career mentoring, and company initiatives that promoted engagement, support and recognition. •Led the strategy, design, and execution of the company's talent acquisition program to attract and retain highly committed, engaged, and talented employees.
•Led the talent acquisition team through data and leveraging data and operations effectiveness to ensure equitable, fair, transparent hiring practices.
•Drove employee awareness and understanding of all talent acquisition programs to ensure recruiting is a team sport with competence practiced in referrals, interviewing and selection. •Operational experience building and driving outbound branding through advertising, job descriptions, events and partnerships.
•Created a scientific component to acquisition process composed of 4 behavioral & motivational assessments used to better understand potential for success and happiness for potential hires.
•Consultant to external clients to help them to establish ways of using behavioral assessments in their interview process, build job profiles, and recruiting strategies for transformation initiatives.
•Represented the company externally at conferences, meetups and networking events to build our talent brand and to ensure a robust and growing talent pool for our evolving needs
•Led DEIB initiatives by creation of DEIB board and collaboration with partners and meetups focused on bringing more diversity into IT & management consulting.
