• Plan and decide Product Line (along with Product Director), Negotiate PO´s, plan and design sales forecast & promotions, follow up and supervise product delivery as well as all sales activities (Sell In, Sell Out & Sell Through) internally and with Telcel Nation wide. Achievements: When I got the position Samsung sales were around 240K units per month in DEUR (R1-R8) & R9 with around 28% MS which represented a 2nd. Place in sales Vs. all Brands and when leaving the Company Samsung sales were around 390K units per month in DEUR (R1 –R8) & R9 with a 35% MS and being 1st. Place in sales Vs. all Brands.
