We were basing our environment on Holacracy practices connected with Kanban and Scrum practices (and of course many others). One of the biggest achievements of my work for Insights team was reducing Lead Time around 3 times, from 100 days in average to 30 days in average, all that in great working environment for people that kept them engaged and responsible.
