Oct. 2011 - Nov. 2015Fort DetrickI am responsible for leading Integrated Product Teams in the development of complex medical devices to meet the needs of the war-fighter and their families. In this role, I generate cost, schedule, and performance goals for each project as well as utilize stakeholder management throughout to ensure that development, regulatory, commercialization and implementation goals are met. Within the framework of the Decision Gate model, I provide timely briefings to command and organizational leadership on progress and challenges of each project. I also represent the advanced development perspective in the generation of organizational strategies for internal and external long-term programmatic planning. I have led projects over a broad range of modalities including, Brian Injury therapies, Brain Injury diagnostics, Advanced Physiological Monitoring, PTSD diagnostics, Diagnostic Imaging, Wed-Based Training, Water Quality Testing, and others.
