Tasked with arming Capgemini's global network of business consultants to drive human-focused organizational change through mindset, behavioral, and design thinking practices, enabling customer digital transformations. I delivered learning programs designed to promote an HCI culture with design thinking and design systems that support user experience by establishing ways of measuring design impact and aligning with business goals with qualitative and quantitative data. • Curriculum Design: Created and delivered HCI training programs, including Empathy Intensive, Design Thinking for Organizational Transformation, Unconscious Bias in AI, Design Leadership, and custom training sessions.

• New Business: Launched an Academy for Capgemini customers to address culture change in organizations undergoing digital transformation processes.
• Leadership: Contributed to developing Capgemini's AI ethical practices using design thinking methodologies.

• Business Growth: Supported a 216% expansion in over two years in NA and Europe
• Leadership/Mentoring: Idean Design Leadership Team, establishing career paths, practices, and processes for 700+ designers globally
• Customer Centric: Provided Executive Coaching to customers for transforming mindsets and practices internally for teams and business units to work better together.
• Curriculum Design/DEI: Designed and created a Design Thinking education curriculum, including Design thinking for Product Owners, Ritual Design, Empathy Training, Leadership, Work Culture, and Diversity.
