• Partner with IT to overhaul LMS, facilitating a smoother integration with HRIS for exact data monitoring; enhance user experience for all 989 company employees.
• Devise and implement innovative adult learning strategies, and establish technical writing protocols via Microsoft style guide for all training resources, SOPs, and project management; reduce unnecessary training and “info-dumps” and achieve development, implementation, and analysis in alignment with business measures.
• Integrate a company-wide coaching model that enforced messaging on accountability culture and performance expectations; foster partnerships with executives and senior leaders to achieve effective change management and boost business outcomes.
• Organize and edit training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials; test all training software and hardware prior to commencing training programs.
• Assess skill gaps for employees in various departments and devise specialized courses to reach identified needs; analyze feedback from users on effectiveness of course material and highlight areas of improvement.
