Support the Climate Change team to deliver an online learning experience for employees. Ensure the learning HRD compliance reporting is in support of Workplace Skills plan and Annual Training report processes and adhering to the Social Labour Plans. Additionally, alignment to the Social Impact Strategy Education Pillar
Promote a more inclusive continuous learning culture with a focus on on-the- job work exposure, mentoring & coaching and formal training
Introduce new management development programmes after tender process completion.
Improve the Open-Source learning utilisation for Udemy, Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, OTT University and Open Sesame with more focussed learning paths and supporting professional accreditations Improve the Powering Knowledge utilisation across the SMME BU representation.
Yes4Youth partner management and introduced entrepreneurial opportunities post the Yes4Youth programme
Support the Women in Mining objectives with various learning & development initiatives like leadership development and mentoring and coaching opportunities.
Expand the Talent Pipeline with a stronger Social Impact link and improve the skills development scorecard for Bursar spend.
