Channel management responsibilities through local reseller partners, solution developing partners and international reseller & service providing partners.
International business development responsibilities in EMEA Region and CIS countries.
Sales budgeting and forecasting, P&L management responsibilities.
Communicating a clear, strategic sales vision, effectively training and coaching sales team members.
Achieving solution sales on net new named accounts for Univera.
Key account management in multi-sector diverse.
Conducting excellent relationships with new prospects and existing customers.
Weekly forecasting and pipeline management by making weekly sales meetings with sales team to develop an effective pipeline.
Selling digital transformation projects in areas of Sales, Services, Logistics, e-Regulations, IOT and Industry 4.0.
Representing Univera in technology fairs and summits.
Attending Executive Board Meetings once in a two months period, making board presentations and contribute to having made strategic & operational management decisions.
