• Managed daily activities of teams onsite and remote that consist of recruiters, sourcers and coordinators that support IT, Legal, HR, Facilities, New Graduate and Internship programs for clients.
• Provided direction and leadership including hiring, client/stakeholder management, operational efficiency and strategic direction, issue resolution and process improvements.
• Was responsible for implementation of the overall account strategy to ensure the team is performing at the levels expected by the client and as defined in the service level agreements of the engagement.
• Involved in a full range of client and business services that span day to day recruitment activities to participation in longer range strategic initiatives, such as organizational change, data reporting and metrics, department staff planning and process improvement.
• Acted as talent advisor to hiring leaders; provide support by creating job descriptions, conducting candidate reviews, interviewing potential candidates and managing the offer process. • Partnered closely with organization HR Business Partner on headcount matters, reporting and issue resolution. • Managed agency vendor relationships, communication, negotiation and candidate process. Strategically pair with agency partners to impact the overall time to fill and overall spend of organizations.
• Led an onsite Agency Partnership day; invited 10 agency partners to client site for a full day of presentations from business leaders with the intention of increasing the agencies’ understanding of the client business. Resulted in more strategic and successful placements over the following year.
• Organized and traveled to 10 universities to represent our client at career fairs for the New Graduate Program; managed multiple onsite interview days.
