Spanning the 3 years in Loss Prevention, I discovered and resolved over $250,000 in Operational and Internal inventory shrink investigations which were added directly onto store's bottom line profits. Fulfilled request from VP of Operations to transfer to Maple location 'Target Store' and improve and surpass inventory shrink budgets.
