Oct. 2021 - Jun. 2022Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date project specific accounting on a weekly basis. Overseeing basic Accounting procedures (payroll, A/R, A/P, time billing, P/R, G/L, tax payments, and credit & collections). Maintain owner and tenant ledgers. Develop, implement, document and/or maintain accounting systems and processes. Managing financial statement preparation and month end and quarterly closing. Manage credit and collection’s function. Perform analysis of operations on a monthly basis. Calculate and execute monthly owner payments. Act as corporate treasurer; including but not limited to overseeing banking relationships, lines of credit, and payment management. Support company venture capital fundraising efforts in any way that is required, Carta Equity management. Report directly to VP of Operations. Team: 5.
