Duties included:
• Creating sales proposals
• Creating and maintaining sales collateral, including brochures, user guides, and application forms
• Database and CRM management
• Internal performance reporting and budget tracking and external customer reporting
• Producing the Half Year and Annual Reports • Organising and running internal sales campaigns, as well as external customer events and trade shows
• Maintaining and updating the website, including tracking and reporting on ROI
• Managing supplier relationships, including directory advertising, creative design agencies, and print agencies
• Copy writing for monthly invoice messages and other customer touch points, such as welcome letters.
