Since 1985, KSEF has been a vital part of the Kirkwood community, fostering a supportive, challenging, and inspiring environment for athletes, coaches, and families. My role involves strategic leadership, working closely with the Board of Directors, Executive Director, and coaching staff to set long-term goals, manage key initiatives, and drive the growth and success of the foundation. A significant focus of my leadership is the planning, development, and execution of KSEF’s ski racing programs, including our FIS program set to launch in the 25/26 season. Community engagement is central to my role, as I build strong relationships with athletes, parents, sponsors, and local stakeholders, fostering a positive and inclusive culture that reflects our core values of integrity, respect, and sportsmanship. Operational oversight is another critical component of my responsibilities, including budget management, fundraising, and event planning. I collaborate closely with the Executive Director and the Board to ensure our programs are delivered efficiently and effectively. Mentorship is at the heart of my leadership style. I mentor our coaching staff and work directly with athletes and families, supporting their development and success in competitive ski racing. As the public face of KSEF, I represent the foundation at regional and national events, advocating for our athletes and promoting our programs. Under my leadership, KSEF has expanded its programs, strengthened community partnerships, and enhanced the athlete experience, continuing our tradition of excellence.
