Jul. 2019 - Jan. 2021United Arab EmiratesHaving led the Brand Management and Marketing of International brands such as Dr. Oetker, Dava Foods and Isigny Ste Mere, below were the main focus areas and achievements in this role: - Setting the strategy for the growth of the brands through a yearly marketing plan, to increase profitability, brand equity and consumer reach.
- Gathering and analyzing sales & marketing data to identify consumer trends and draft the marketing plan accordingly.
- Building the yearly building blocks and investment plans for each brand/category, including product innovation, NPD & new product launches, range management, promo plans and activations and merchandising to ensure the year on year growth.
- Building the yearly Marketing Budget of the brands across different channels, identifying the ROIs and P&L to be achieved. And, monitoring the ROIs and P&L in coordination with the Sales Managers, while identifying opportunities for growth.
- Developing an annual plan for each brand/category through a Promo Calendar by retailer, Promo Mechanisms, Listing Plan, and Distribution Reach target.
- Liaising with Advertising and PR agencies for different types of activation and promo driving activities, including digital bundling, scratch& win and POs materials, sampling and CATMANs.
- Ensuring Social Media communication and presence through the right 3rd parties, including banners, boosts and influencer Marketing. Achievements:
- Achieving Market Share Leadership in various categories: Dr. Oetker - Frozen Pizza Category Siblou/Adriana - Frozen Seafood Category Orvital - Organic Eggs Category Dava Foods - Organic & Conventional Egg Whites Trebon - Edamame Sub-Category - Developing and launching of Dava Vitamin Eggs (Vitamin D & Selenium enriched eggs for Female consumers), and Dava Egg Whites (for Healthy Lifestyle seekers & Gym goers).
- Developing and Launching Trebon flavored Edamame.
- Planning and execution of Dr. Oetker Pizza Catman in various Carrefour branches.
