Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews to evaluate partner performance and offer actionable insights and strategic guidance to optimise outcomes. Manage stakeholder relationships with cross-functional teams, including legal, procurement, product operations, and product marketing to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and foster collaboration. Act as a liaison between partners and product operations whilst implementing feedback collection processes, leveraging surveys and feedback forms to capture partner insights, and gathering suggestions for product enhancements.

● Developed a comprehensive first-ever educational framework for all TikTok partners in the METAP region and provided them with
