Tracked hiring and other recruitment data in order to create measurable goals, monitor team performance and report on progress to plan to business leaders. Researched and reviewed best-in-class resources/tools that ensured efficiency and productivity. • Executive Recruitment – Worked with senior leadership to source, identify and screen executive-level roles across various departments.
