Created an interview training module that leveled up the quality of interviews by aligning employees to the Fair approach to interviewing. • Data Integrity – Oversaw reconfiguration of applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) that maximized efficiency and productivity, and created a standard workflow aligned with the Fair Interview Process. This new workflow also captured additional data at the sourcing and offer points of the candidate funnel.
