Built cross-functional team of 35, managing all facets of daily operations, including P&L. Closed key partnerships, including Red Cross and AAA. Lauderdale, FL - Purchased and maintained furniture, computers, printers and PR equipment - Researched, contracted with vendors for PetME new product line and supply chain management - Managed maintenance of equipment and provided support as needed • Established and administered policies and procedures for sales, marketing, accounting and technology • Developed corporate partners, which included a nationwide partnership event with Office Depot and local events with AAA. • Managed 8 direct reports in SF and FT Lauderdale offices as well as outsourced technology teams in Bangalore, India and call center in Omaha, NE.
