Dec. 2019 - Oct. 2021City of Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa1. Regular Customer & Partner Presentation on Storage Product updates / Enhancements, i.e. PowerMax, PowerStore, Unity, SC Series, PowerVault, Brocade & Cisco SAN.
2. Utilise knowledge of competitive solutions to effectively address and dispel customer objections to proposed Dell EMC solutions.
3. Develops relationships with the account team, partners and customers in support of sales team objectives and engages and leverages corporate resources, abilities, budgets and personnel as appropriate. Strategizes and executes technical sales calls 4. Assists the Sales & Presales Team to develop and implement specific account penetration strategies, produce account specific product and service and sales plans, including Lead generation.
5. Configure & document Dell EMC software, hardware and service solutions to meet customer and sales objectives. Complete required presales documentation quickly and accurately.
6. Qualify sales opportunities in the terms of customer technical requirements, competition, decision making process and funding. Technical role in District Sales and Services Leadership Meetings. 7. Presents and markets the design and value of proposed Dell EMC solution and business case to customers, prospects and Dell EMC management. Mentorship of junior Presales family members. 8. Possesses strong, detailed product/technology/industry knowledge. Knowledge of job associated software and applications. ACHIEVEMENTS: Unity Product Certification
