✔ When commencing working at World of Windows I inherited an approach suited to the commercial market although tasked with the responsibility of growing the residential division. ✔ I implemented a number of changes and as a result of the success to date a new company - World of Windows Residential was formed. ✔ One of the systems I introduced was a Contract Tracking Document which essentially is a project management tool monitoring the status of an order from tender to completion. Changes to the order have cost implications which need to be recovered. Although simple to monitor and implement no system was in place and revenue was being lost. The final account claim on some contracts increased by 20% as a result. Escalation was added in the industry accepted format also increasing revenue.
