1. Market and Customer Insight: analyses of product trends, customer feedback, and deployment landscape to inform product decisions.
a. Process management cycles, invoking document provisioning, input requirements for financial or business cases, definition of business rules and working with customer experience teams to define product and customer journeys.
2. Product Strategy and Development, for comprehensive outlines driving growth and profitability.
a. Conducting product impact research and analysis to de-risk and further opportunity development.
3. Cross-functional collaboration, and working closely with other engineering, design, and auxiliary internal teams to reinforce delivery efforts.
4. Product Launch and Lifecycle Management: Oversee process control from concept (planning, design, provisioning) to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
a. Coordinate with support, sales, and operations/delivery teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies. b. Demonstrate experience in crafting well-architected designs, development, testing, resiliency, and operational stability, showing capabilities of the deployed applications.
5. Financial Management, to develop, contribute, or manage product budgets, forecasts, and pricing strategies.
a. Analyze the impact on unadjusted margins, and performance, while offering provisional recommendations to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
6. Stakeholder Communication with emphasis on product plans, progress, and performance to senior management and other stakeholders.
a. Present product or project concepts and updates at internal and external meetings.
