Partners and Alliances contributed >20% of total UKI revenue (£990M) in the home market. The role covered “for”, “through”, “with” and “to” partner marketing with identical responsibilities for merchant partners and alliances at SagePay. I grew partner revenues plus defined and executed the recruitment strategy underpinning development of partner franchises to deliver the Sage Financials solution.
• Developed lead generation and growth execution, delivering £5.4M in closed revenue utilising a £1.3M budget. • Rolled out phase one of a unified, Global Partner Programme encompassing VARs, SI’s, ISV’s and Alliances, including top tier alliances such as Apple, PwC, Salesforce, Microsoft, Magento, Oracle, 9Spoke.
• Turned around a demoralised understrength partner marketing team into a high achieving by establishing clear, agreed, collaborative goals with Indirect Sales leadership and supported by CMO.
• Developed and executed “Growth Bet” SaaS partner growth programme that delivered five active partner franchises with nine in the pipeline and forecasted delivery of £1.5M recurring revenues.
