Jul. 2024Lisle, Illinois, United StatesSupervise the LICA office staff in order to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the LICA Association. Supervise the retention of complete records of all the meetings of LICA’s Board of Directors,
LICA’s Executive committee, LICA annual membership meetings and such records of other meetings as requested by either the CEO, President of LICA or the Executive Committee.
Develop a record management program for the LICA financial records, including but not limited
to records of membership dues, the recording of all receipts, the payment of all expenses and such
other records are kept in the ordinary course of LICA’s activities. Develop, promote and solicit contractor membership and to assist, promote and help any state Executive Director and Region Vice President promoting membership and LICA goals. Develop, promote and solicit membership from equipment manufacturers and material suppliers as associate members of LICA. Develop, promote and provide membership services, including but not limited to an annual directory, periodic newsletters, brochures and other publications. Keep abreast of safety activities and programs that are beneficial to the LICA members. Develop and promote safety activities within the organization.
