In April 2018 I became Career & Skills lead as part of the Learning & Development team at IBM Global Procurement, Finance&Operations working with a globally distributed team to continue expanding the career opportunities and our learning offerings and engagement with the 3000+ employees. I'm the Iteration Manager of the Career Development Chapter and I lead a global Career Progression program across all the domains to make sure we provide a consistent skills & competency map in an Agile organization. Roles & Responsibilities • lead & coach of the Career Development chapter • enable the leadership team to use the Talent management 9-grid process, including Talent profiles, Talent Insights and experiential talent management programs • design global Experiential Talent Development & Career Journey program and prepare employees for future professions • key interface to the Executives and ownership of the KPIs and outcomes • lead numerous HR, Learning & Development, design projects simultaneously • perform as a trusted market trend advisor, providing actionable recommendations considering the fact-based market insights and business knowledge • champion the New Ways of Working, promoting agile in all engagements to drive continuous improvement and facilitating Design Thinking strategy workshops both in virtual as well as live environment • drive consistency, transparency in the global talent development & career strategy

In August 2016 I joined the Learning & Development team at IBM Global Procurement as a team leader & iteration manager (scrum master) working with a globally distributed team to continue expanding our learning offerings and engagement with the 3000+ employees at the Procurement Organization. A big part of my role is to lead & support the Agile transformation of our own team and the larger organization. The effectiveness and the high velocity of my team proves that the Agile values & practices (Wall of work, Kanban, small iterations, retrospective, showcase, squad & guild structure, daily standups, etc.) work very well in a project & program management environment. Global Education Program Manager & Agile facilitation

I was responsible for the overall planning of scheduling and delivery of blended training activties within the IBM Transformation&Operations department (25K+ employees globally), and I was managing the Global Knowledge Buddy & Train the trainer program, including all the budgeting aspects from Fall plan until Return of Investment calculation. In early 2015 we started our Agile Transformation Journey within the bigger IBM corporation. I had the honor to lead a major global agile project as an iteration manager. My team was responsible for the global roll-out of the Taste of agile class. We upskilled 50+ new Agile champions and delivered 140+ classes for 4000+ participants worldwide. I lead the squad that consisted of 6 iteration managers and their agile teams. We worked in bi-weekly iterations, run retrospectives and show cases after each iteration phase. We built a social community that enabled us to be successful with this complex global agile project.
