IBMGlobal Lead and Iteration Manager - Learning & Development
Aug. 2016 - Apr. 2018Budapest, Hungary - with global reachIn August 2016 I joined the Learning & Development team at IBM Global Procurement as a team leader & iteration manager (scrum master) working with a globally distributed team to continue expanding our learning offerings and engagement with the 3000+ employees at the Procurement Organization. A big part of my role is to lead & support the Agile transformation of our own team and the larger organization. The effectiveness and the high velocity of my team proves that the Agile values & practices (Wall of work, Kanban, small iterations, retrospective, showcase, squad & guild structure, daily standups, etc.) work very well in a project & program management environment.
