Jan. 2013 - Jul. 2016Budapest - working with global teamsI was responsible for the overall planning of scheduling and delivery of blended training activties within the IBM Transformation&Operations department (25K+ employees globally), and I was managing the Global Knowledge Buddy & Train the trainer program, including all the budgeting aspects from Fall plan until Return of Investment calculation. In early 2015 we started our Agile Transformation Journey within the bigger IBM corporation. I had the honor to lead a major global agile project as an iteration manager. My team was responsible for the global roll-out of the Taste of agile class. We upskilled 50+ new Agile champions and delivered 140+ classes for 4000+ participants worldwide. I lead the squad that consisted of 6 iteration managers and their agile teams. We worked in bi-weekly iterations, run retrospectives and show cases after each iteration phase. We built a social community that enabled us to be successful with this complex global agile project.
