• Grow the customers opportunity pipeline by establishing new business contacts in targeted markets (Europe and US) • Contribute to the services’ portfolio development by aligning and customizing offers to specific business needs in the market
• Develop long term relationships with international customers and introduced improvements in business strategies based on customer feedback
• Drive development of the partner ecosystem by recruiting and growing business partners
• Implementing Partner Account Management activities for growing the revenue pipeline
• Participate in pricing the solution/service, prepare personalized offers, participate in all negotiation steps within the process of signing of a contract, arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
• Represent the company at external events and meetings with the customers, build relationships with influencers and technological hubs • Build and manage the sales & marketing team of the company for sustaining growth objectives
• Analyse current and future market trends and customers’ business needs in the outsourcing and IT&C / Cloud industries
• Use branding and marketing skills for building awareness on the targeted markets, prepare and deliver personalized presentations for potential customers
