(Sales, Marketing, Development, Product, Customer Success, Staff). I specialized in IT profiles, such as backend, frontend developer, Machine Learning, CTO, product manager, PO, designers, and others. -Evaluate new hunting methodologies, tools, networks, and channels to cover searches. Develop talent strategy for future recruitment needs. -Work on the recruitment full cycle (respond to the need of the area about a specific profile to cover the vacancy with profiling, hunting, coordination of interviews, sending and sharing the best possible candidates to different managers of the company, Negotiation of the salary proposal, and feedback to all candidates that participated in the selection process. -Collaboration in new hires processes, Process of onboarding and offboarding (Upload and registering new employees in the systems, delivery of equipment, sending contracts and filling of documentation for the new employee, setting up the induction for the new hires), Benefits, Birthday, and Delivery of salary receipts. Also, do the Aivorsary for employees, Presentation of new Aivors and Recognition.
