-Identified & pitched key cover (and interior) editorial subjects, making vision boards for suggested look of original shoots. Cover subjects included: Willie Geist, Christie Turlington, Kate Mara, Kevin Bacon, Jacques Pépin, Gucci Westman & Ali Wentworth
-Developed mission clarity and core strategy for business and editorial -Events: integrated different audiences off the page into real life – developing a 360 experience for audiences to experience sponsor brands (total annual value of event sponsorship dollars: $500K+
-Executed strategy to negotiate top-tier talent for events and work with videographers to produce content to promote, celebrate and enhance event experience, increase ticket sales and seemlessly incorporate key partners. Talent included: Martha Stewart, Jacques Pépin, Alex Guarnaschelli and Michel Nischan
-Built and managed in-house staff along with network of 25 number ongoing freelance employees/contractors for art, editorial, digital departments
