Initiate, manage, oversee and complete special projects from beginning to end, including but not limited to licensure procedures, inner office facilitation, communications, new directives and staff impacting programs and benefits as well as recruiting and onboarding initiatives.
Oversee, update and continue to promote staff discounts, milestones and incentive reward programs
Manage a team of Human Resource staff, ensuring staff are following schedules, completing data entry and job duties
Work with staff within departments to ensure workflow, procedures and upcoming licensure requirements are met
General office management including but not limited to, staff walk in requests for files, documents and inquiries, clerical and data entry for HRIS processing Utilizing software and programs to create and maintain data recording tools such as microsoft office, smartsheets, HTML intranet and HRIS systems.
Recruit, Onboard and full cycle employees through licensing of employment
