Jun. 2007 - Aug. 2016For over 9 years at Randstad Technologies, I demonstrated my innate abilities to empower people, implement new initiatives, adapt to change, and innovate within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. I delivered IT consulting services and Delivery Leadership within a large 200+ resource BPO engagement, focusing on their requirements, motivations, and priorities first and ensure our capabilities are leveraged to meet clients' near term and long term needs. After a couple of years, I shifted into a new and exciting role that allowed me to create a sales strategy and support group that would empower our sales organization and represent our delivery teams by vetting, governing, managing, and analyzing our sales pursuits by using relevant best practices that essentially doubled our win rate from 17 to 36%. My role evolved tremendously over the years and I closed out my chapter enabling sales through Win/Loss Analysis, Success Story Interviews, Cross-Practice collaboration, and Field Recognition initiatives. I have a mature understanding of our full suite of technology professional services capabilities, across architecture, applications, infrastructure, end-user services, and embedded engineering disciplines. I am an innovative thinker, compassionate leader, flexible contributor, and I am able to take a vision and translate it into something tangible. I think big and I consider the implications to other teams and organizations before making any significant changes. I understand how to tailor and modify my communications, based on the level and personality of those I am addressing. I have the privilege of working with competent, passionate, and devoted leaders & peers who make our work environment an incredible place to be.
