• Promoted into Global Director of sales position to lead team of seasoned and senior account executives, servicing Aspen Tech’s top ~100 global chemical, energy, and petrochemical companies.
• Drive strategy & vision for software solution product lines, working cross-functionally with client leadership and internal technology & engineering execution systems, AI, planning & scheduling solutions
• Develop and execute business plans for territory, leveraging target lists and strategic sales expertise to successfully align quarterly & annual business plans with organizational goals for top-line executives.
• Negotiate client contracts and monitor service performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and value; detect improvement areas prior to escalation. • Identify and resolve obstacles impairing teams to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals; promote and inspire team in areas of accountability, integrity, boldness, and agility. • Manage performance metrics and key reports to achieve sales results, interfacing with teams to overcome challenges and meet or exceed targets.
• Helping customers face disruption in a changing and VUCA environment by providing a strategic and layered benefit analysis of a customer’s business landscape and helping customers exceed their goals. • Works with the Aspen executive team to implement enterprise goals for customer engagement, adoption and retention to achieve the company’s overall customer success and financial goals.
